Meet the Trainer

Hi my name is Al Silva.  I have been a certified personal trainer in the North Shore Mass area for over 8 years and been involved in fitness for over 12 years.

Every individual is capable of attaining their optimum physical condition, if made aware of their potential and how to achieve it. As a personal trainer, I’ve seen clients from ages 12 to 80 accomplish things they never thought possible. We don’t all have the genetics of a supermodel or star athlete, but everyone can improve on what they have and reach their full potential.

My mission as a personal trainer  is to educate my clients about exercise, diet, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, while empowering them to make the most of their abilities: through knowledge, direction and encouragement. Ever felt lost and confused when trying to work out on your own, even after using the services of a personal trainer? Never again-you’ll understand every aspect of your program. I encourage clients to take an active interest in accomplishing their goals, and I welcome their input and feedback throughout the entire training process

  I am an independent Trainer that uses the Atlantis Sports Club Gym in Danvers, Ma located at 50 Ferncroft rd. And dont worry you dont need to be a member to Train with me.

    Love every work out with Al!! Al’s workouts are one of a kind!! I can’t say enought about them!! He changes it up so often, you never get bored with working out!!     Training works! I’ve been training with Al for over a year and it has made a big difference. It definitely got me off the plateau I was on. I’ve not only lost weight (35 pounds), I’ve also transformed my body. The training sessions are great. Every week he adds new exercises to the sessions; while building on previous routines. He keeps it interesting, challenging and fun!! That keeps me motivated….and has given me results! By the way, those atomic push ups – love them!! Can’t wait for the next session 🙂
